Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
The weekly plan starts with a 2-day free trial. A payment method is needed to start it. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, $5.99 is charged and the plan renews every week.
How do I cancel?
Open Muse → Settings → Manage subscription. You can cancel, switch plans or update your card in the secure Dodo Payments portal. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Muse never sees your card details.
Can I use Pro in another browser?
Yes — up to 3 browsers. In the other browser, open Muse Pro → Restore purchase, enter the email you used at checkout and the 6-digit code we send you.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong with a charge, email romanvlasovdev@gmail.com. We review refund requests individually, and your statutory rights are not affected.
Is there a student discount?
The yearly plan is the best value at $34.99 — about $0.67 a week.
